Live Scan, Respite Care & Training

Live Scan What is Live Scan Fingerprinting?

Livescan fingerprinting is the process of capturing fingerprints electronically with our advanced live scan machine. With live scan fingerprinting, there is no ink or card. Your fingerprints are "rolled" across a glass plate and scanned. It is faster, cleaner, and more accurate than the old ink and roll method.

A percentage of the population have hard to read fingerprints, which can be affected by age or exposure to work, such as construction or harsh cleaning, or other chemicals. Our state-of-the-art equipment and highly trained staff are able to maximize the quality of fingerprint images obtained, which reduces the likelihood of illegible fingerprints and will reduce the overall application processing time. The fingerprints are then submitted to a specific state or federal agency to process.

What is Assisted Living?

Assisted Living combines housing and supportive health care services for those who cannot or prefer not to live alone and do not need the 24-hour skilled medical care of a nursing home. It is specifically designed to provide assistance to those who still want their independence but needs help with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing, and medication supervision.

Assisted Living facilities are often deemed necessary when the person in question is sometimes confused or is experiencing memory problems. Assisted Living bridges the gap between the independence of retirement living and the total reliance upon long-term nursing care and promotes maximum privacy, security, respect, and, most of all, independence.
